Gustavo Ajche is a K'iche' Mayan organizer from Guatemala who co-founded Los Deliveristas Unidos in 2020 and serves as a member-leader of the Workers Justice Project in Brooklyn. He arrived in New York City from Guatemala as a teenager in 2004 and found his first job as a pizza delivery worker. The NYC Department of Transportation recognized LDU as one of the largest app-based worker collectives in the country and invited Ajche to speak at its Equity in Motion Summit.
