Manon Vergerio is a critical urbanist, housing-justice organizer, and Visiting Assistant Professor at Columbia University's Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation. She joined the Anti-Eviction Mapping Project in 2014 and co-founded its New York City chapter in August 2017, contributing tenant-rights organizing, data analysis, and research on landlord surveillance technologies. She is co-founder and Head of Data & Advocacy at Unlock NYC, a women-led tech nonprofit building digital tools for fair-housing reporting and source-of-income discrimination documentation in New York City. With Erin McElroy she co-authored a 2022 peer-reviewed study on landlord technologies and gentrification in New York City homes.
