Founder and managing director of Digitally Right, the Dhaka-based civil society organisation working across digital rights, digital safety, and information integrity, which he established in 2021. With nearly 18 years of journalism and media development experience, Chowdhury built Digitally Right from a 2020 GNI-Internews Digital Rights Fellowship into a Global Network Initiative member organisation and OONI research partner — among the most internationally networked digital rights actors in Bangladesh.
