Executive director of epicenter.works since 2014, having been active in the organization from its 2010 founding. With a background in IT and cultural and social anthropology, he served as Policy Advisor for European Digital Rights (EDRi) on EU net neutrality regulation and was a key organizer of the savetheinternet.eu campaign, which secured net neutrality protections in EU law. He has been a board member of EDRi since 2019 and its Vice President since 2020. Additional positions include a non-residential fellowship at Stanford Law School's Center for Internet and Society and a Senior Fellowship at the Mozilla Foundation focused on net neutrality in the EU.
