Vidushi Marda is a human rights lawyer with over a decade of experience in technology policy, law, and infrastructure. She developed and led ARTICLE 19's inaugural international AI programme as Digital Programme Officer on Algorithmic Decision Making, co-authoring the foundational 2018 joint report Privacy and Freedom of Expression In the Age of Artificial Intelligence with Privacy International. She later co-founded REAL ML, an international network supporting interdisciplinary practitioners challenging unjust technology applications, and currently serves as Head of Ecosystem Building at the AI Collaborative. Her research has been cited by the Indian Supreme Court and covered in the Guardian, Financial Times, and Time Magazine.
